OohYeah legal
Seller Agreement
Supplemental terms for users who list physical or digital products.
Last updated: August 28, 2026 · Version: 2026-08-28-draft-1 · Effective: Pending owner approval
Scope and authority
You must provide a consistent identity, accurate contact information, and be legally authorized to sell each item. You are responsible for ownership, authenticity, lawful sourcing, and all required permissions.
Listings and inventory
Accurately state condition, price, availability, origin, material limitations, delivery method, handling time, and return terms. Use only original or authorized photography. Do not use “Unknown” where an accurate seller or shipping disclosure is required, and do not publish counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, infringing, or restricted goods.
Fulfillment, taxes, and records
Maintain reasonable inventory, shipment, pickup, delivery, and refund records. Fulfill as described, provide truthful tracking or pickup instructions, and handle taxes for which you are responsible. A local-pickup-only listing must not promise shipping.
Payments, disputes, and enforcement
Maintain any required PayPal onboarding and account standing. Cooperate with good-faith evidence requests and disputes. PayPal administers its own holds, reversals, and disputes; OohYeah does not hold seller funds. OohYeah may act under Seller Standards, the Return Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy, with an opportunity to provide relevant context where appropriate.
