Introduction

At OohYeah, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we secure your data and give you control over its use. The Policy is updated periodically to match our business and technological requirements. By using our services, you agree to any changes in this Policy.

OohYeah is the data controller of your information and processes all data on behalf of our customers. You may choose not to provide optional personal data; however, doing so may limit your ability to experience the full scope of our services.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how OohYeah collects, uses, and maintains your personal information on the OohYeah app and website (oohyeah.app). It also explains your legal rights concerning that information.

Google Drive Integration

OohYeah allows users to connect their Google Drive account to share music files, images, videos, lyrics, marketing materials, and other creative assets directly with the OohYeah team. This integration is optional and intended for convenience when submitting or managing content related to your artist or label profile.

Information Accessed

When you connect Google Drive, OohYeah only accesses the specific files or folders you choose to share. We do not have access to your entire Drive or to any data you do not explicitly share. We never alter, delete, or view other content within your account.

Purpose of Use

Files shared through Google Drive are used solely to:

  • Update and maintain your OohYeah artist or label profile
  • Create marketing content, posts, or promotional materials at your request
  • Review your assets for label, marketing, or creative services

OohYeah does not sell or use your Google Drive content for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Authorization and Revocation

Google Drive connections are handled securely through Google OAuth 2.0. OohYeah never receives or stores your Google password. You may revoke access anytime via your Google Account Permissions.

Data Retention

You retain ownership of all files submitted through Google Drive. OohYeah keeps copies only as long as necessary to provide requested services or meet legal obligations. If access is revoked, we will delete stored copies within 30 days unless required by law or for dispute resolution.
