OohYeah Inc. operates OohYeah as a music marketplace and platform.

Information and uses
We process account and profile details, uploaded content, messages and support requests, marketplace and booking details, device and usage information, and approximate location when you choose to share it. We use it to operate accounts, fulfill and support transactions, prevent fraud, communicate, comply with law, and improve OohYeah.
Signup and usage measurement
We store the landing page, referrer, campaign source, optional signup interest, and first playback, artist follow, playlist creation, and recent activity times with your account. Admin reports use aggregated counts and email domains, without individual email addresses or age information. With analytics consent, Google Analytics receives page and activity events with query strings and private route details removed. We do not send account names, emails, passwords, or tokens to Google Analytics. A first-party source cookie lasts up to 30 days when analytics storage is allowed; before consent, source information stays in the current page session.
Providers and disclosures
The application source references PayPal for payments and subscriptions; DigitalOcean Spaces for media storage; Google for sign-in, Maps, reCAPTCHA, and optional Drive features; Meta for optional social sign-in; Intercom for support messaging; and Brevo for email delivery or marketing where configured. Information is shared only as needed to provide the relevant feature, marketplace fulfillment, security, legal compliance, or a choice you make. Production configuration must be re-audited before release so this list remains accurate.
Choices and rights
You can update account data, unsubscribe from marketing, and manage optional technologies through Cookie Preferences. Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information through Support.
Retention, security, and contact
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. OohYeah uses reasonable safeguards and is not directed to children under 13. Submit privacy questions through [email protected] or Support.
