Minimum standards for marketplace listings and fulfillment.

Accurate seller and fulfillment details

Use a consistent seller identity. Accurately describe condition, origin, availability, price, fulfillment method, handling time, and return terms. Do not publish unsupported protection, shipping, availability, or seller-history claims. A pickup-only listing must not make a universal shipping promise.

After an order

Fulfill as described, provide truthful tracking or pickup instructions, communicate promptly, and address good-faith reports of damage, incorrect goods, or material misdescription.

Enforcement

OohYeah may review reports and take action under the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, including limiting listings or access where warranted.
