Shipping

Shipping is available only where a listing offers it. Before checkout, review the seller’s stated origin, handling time, delivery estimate, and shipping charge. Sellers must not advertise shipping for pickup-only listings.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available only where a listing offers it. Follow the seller’s communicated time, location, and identification instructions; inspect the item at handoff when practical. Pickup-only listings do not include a universal delivery promise.

Fulfillment issues

Report a missing, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed order promptly to the seller. Retain packaging, photos, tracking, and messages, then use Support if marketplace assistance is needed.
