Billing and renewal

The plan page must state price, currency, billing frequency, benefits, and any trial. Unless clearly stated otherwise and permitted by law, a recurring plan renews until cancelled. Payment processing and recurring-payment authorization are subject to PayPal’s applicable terms where PayPal is used.

Cancellation, changes, and failed payments

You may cancel through the applicable account or payment-management flow. Cancellation stops a future renewal and ordinarily preserves access through the paid period; it does not automatically refund a period already started. We will provide required notice of material price or benefit changes. Failed payments may suspend or end access after reasonable retry or notice where required.

Refund limits

Subscription refunds are governed by the disclosed plan terms and applicable law. Marketplace product purchases are not subscriptions and remain governed by the listing and Return & Refund Policy.
