List accurately

Use your correct seller identity, item condition, price, origin, fulfillment method, and return terms. Do not advertise shipping for a pickup-only listing or publish an unavailable return promise.

Fulfill and communicate

Ship or arrange pickup as described, provide truthful tracking or handoff information, and respond promptly to buyers. Handle damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items fairly under your published policy and applicable law.

Payments and disputes

PayPal processes marketplace payments. Follow PayPal’s terms and cooperate with legitimate information requests. OohYeah does not withhold seller funds; payment holds, reversals, and disputes are handled by PayPal or the applicable payment provider under its rules.
