Scope and representations

Publish only services you are qualified and legally permitted to provide. Keep qualifications, service scope, price, availability, deliverables, and material limitations accurate. Do not present a service as legal, medical, financial, licensed, or regulated advice unless you are authorized and the listing supports that claim.

Bookings and delivery

State client requirements, scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, revision, delivery, acceptance, deposit, and no-show terms before purchase. Perform services as described, keep reasonable records of scheduling and delivery, and promptly communicate material changes.

Rights and disputes

Clearly state intellectual-property ownership, licenses, confidentiality expectations, and permitted uses of deliverables. You are an independent provider, not an OohYeah employee or agent. Cooperate with evidence requests about scope, delivery, cancellation, or quality; the listing, applicable law, and payment provider rules govern any remedy.
