Seller responsibility and listing terms

Third-party sellers and providers are responsible for their listings and fulfillment. Review the listing’s identity, condition, price, delivery or pickup method, return terms, service scope, and digital-access limitations before purchase.

Orders, shipping, pickup, and cancellations

Provide accurate order and pickup information; use the available checkout; and retain order messages, photos, receipts, tracking, and pickup evidence. Start a cancellation or return request through the order and follow the listing and Return & Refund Policy. Digital access, services, and subscriptions may have different cancellation or refund limits.

Support and disputes

Contact the seller first when practical and use Support or Trust & Safety for marketplace help. PayPal may offer conditional Purchase Protection for eligible payments under its own rules, evidence requirements, and deadlines; it is not automatic and PayPal decides PayPal claims. Do not submit fraudulent, duplicate, retaliatory, or abusive claims.
