Before you buy

Review the seller identity, item condition, origin, price, fulfillment method, estimated handling time, and the listing’s return and cancellation terms. Only listings that offer shipping are shipped; pickup-only listings are collected locally.

After purchase

Keep order communications and receipts in OohYeah. Inspect promptly, keep packaging when a shipment is damaged, and contact the seller first if an order is late, incorrect, or materially different from its listing.
