OohYeah legal
Artist Agreement
Supplemental terms for artists, bands, labels, and rights holders publishing or monetizing content.
Last updated: August 28, 2026 · Version: 2026-08-28-draft-1 · Effective: Pending owner approval
Rights and authority
You must own or be authorized to use all music, masters, compositions, samples, artwork, names, likenesses, trademarks, merchandise, and publicity rights you upload or sell. You are responsible for cover-song, sample, publishing, and other licenses, and for authority claimed by a label, manager, or representative.
Platform license and metadata
You grant OohYeah the limited license needed to host, stream, promote, and distribute content through features you enable. Keep titles, credits, rights, pricing, release status, and other metadata accurate. Do not use artificial or manipulated engagement, false credits, or misleading release claims.
Monetization and claims
Downloads, merchandise, exclusives, preorders, and fan subscriptions are governed by the specific feature, listing, and applicable supplemental terms. Direct payment arrangements and royalties remain subject to the payment provider and the parties’ own agreements. Cooperate with valid takedown, infringement, or rights-holder inquiries.
