OohYeah legal
Accessibility Statement
OohYeah aims to make its marketplace usable by as many people as possible.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Accessibility target
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target for public OohYeah experiences. This is a goal, not a claim that every page or third-party contribution fully conforms.
What we review
Our ongoing reviews cover keyboard navigation and visible focus, focus order and modal behavior, accessible names and error messages, contrast, reduced motion, zoom and reflow, captions and transcripts, meaningful alternative text, accessible authentication, and cart and checkout flows.
Known limitations
Third-party payment, maps, social sign-in, embedded media, legacy pages, and seller or user-uploaded content may not yet meet the same target. Captions, transcripts, and alt text for artist, seller, and magazine submissions depend on the contributor and editorial workflow. We prioritize reported barriers and cannot control third-party services.
Help and response process
Submit an accessibility request at Support with the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or browser if relevant, and your preferred contact method. We acknowledge requests, assess the barrier, and provide a response or alternate access path when reasonably possible.
