Shipping costs depend on the completed package, not only the unpacked item. Before creating a listing, identify the box and protective materials you expect to use. Measure the outside dimensions of the packed box and weigh the item with its case, accessories, cushioning, and packaging.

Include the Complete Cost

Consider carrier charges, box and packing materials, tracking or signature services, declared value or optional carrier services, oversize or special-handling charges, and international documentation or customs costs when applicable.

Set a Realistic Handling Time

Handling time is the period needed to prepare and hand the package to the carrier. Allow enough time to inspect the item, package it properly, create the shipment, and reach the carrier. Do not promise same-day or next-day shipment unless you can consistently meet that expectation.

Carrier prices and requirements can change. Confirm the package's final dimensions, weight, service, and cost before purchasing the label.
