Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Learn how seller return policies, OohYeah Support, and PayPal’s dispute process work when there is an order issue.

Each Marketplace seller sets their own return policy. Before you purchase, review the listing, shipping details, and return policy so you understand the seller’s terms.

Start With the Seller

If there is a problem with an order, contact the seller first through OohYeah. Explain the issue clearly and keep all messages, photos, tracking information, receipts, and other documentation available.

Many order issues can be resolved directly when the buyer and seller have a clear record of the listing, payment, shipment, and communication.

Returns

Follow the return policy shown on the listing. Return eligibility, the return timeframe, item condition, and return-shipping responsibility may depend on the seller’s stated policy and the details of the order.

Do not send an item back until the seller or PayPal provides the appropriate return instructions. Keep the item, the outer packaging, and all packing materials available if the order was damaged in transit.

Refunds

A seller may issue a refund according to their return policy or an agreed resolution. OohYeah does not guarantee a refund for a Marketplace order.

OohYeah Support

If you cannot resolve an order issue with the seller, contact OohYeah Support. Include your profile name, the listing link, order information, screenshots, photos, tracking, and a clear explanation of the problem.

OohYeah assists with order issues, but does not inspect, package, ship, insure, or physically handle Marketplace items.

PayPal Disputes

OohYeah Marketplace purchases are processed through PayPal Goods and Services. For matters handled through PayPal’s dispute process, PayPal determines eligibility and the final outcome under its terms.

PayPal’s Resolution Center can be used to report an eligible transaction issue, communicate during a dispute, and follow a claim when PayPal is asked to investigate.

Review PayPal’s current Purchase Protection Program and Resolution Center guidance for details.
