Be Accurate

Represent yourself, your work, and your listings honestly. Use accurate names, photos, descriptions, prices, condition details, service information, shipping details, and return policies.

Do not make claims about an item, service, payment, or availability that you cannot support.

Communicate Respectfully

Use OohYeah messages to ask questions, discuss orders, and communicate about services or projects. Keep conversations clear, professional, and respectful.

Do not use OohYeah to harass, mislead, impersonate another person or business, or pressure someone into moving a transaction outside the platform.

Keep Marketplace Activity on OohYeah

Use OohYeah and its PayPal Marketplace checkout for purchases. Keep payment, order details, and transaction-related communication on the platform until the order is complete.

Sellers are responsible for accurately listing, packaging, shipping, and fulfilling their own orders. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings and seller policies before checkout.

Protect Personal Information

Never share passwords, verification codes, full payment details, or other sensitive account information in a message. Be cautious of unexpected links, payment screenshots, and messages that create a false sense of urgency.

Ask for Help When You Need It

If you see a suspicious listing, message, payment request, or account issue, stop the transaction and contact OohYeah Support. Include the relevant profile name, listing or page link, order information, screenshots, and a clear description of the problem.
