Marketplace Listing Rules and Restricted Items
Understand the basic responsibilities for creating accurate, lawful, and appropriate Marketplace listings.
Listings Must Be Accurate
Only list items you own or are authorized to sell. Listings must accurately describe the item, its condition, included components, price, shipping terms, and return policy. Do not use misleading photographs, incorrect brand names, inaccurate condition descriptions, or false claims.
Items Must Be Lawful and Authentic
Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit products, unauthorized reproductions, unsafe items, or merchandise that infringes another person's copyright or trademark. Original music and fan merchandise may only be listed by someone who owns the applicable rights or has permission to sell it.
Some Items Have Additional Restrictions
Carriers and payment providers may restrict certain batteries, liquids, aerosols, hazardous materials, weapons, recalled products, or regulated goods. Sellers are responsible for checking current OohYeah policies, PayPal terms, and carrier requirements.
If you are unsure whether an item may be listed, contact OohYeah Support before publishing it.
