NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Feb. 6, 2025) – Icon Entertainment & Hospitality celebrated the grand opening of Show Pony with an unforgettable night of fun, entertainment, and excitement. The event featured live music, interactive games, a special appearance by Mayor Freddie O'Connell, and a burlesque performance from the Nashville Cabaret. Located at 121 3rd Avenue S., Show Pony is a one-of-a-kind experience in Nashville that’s unlike anything the city has seen before.

The celebration kicked off with Bill Miller, Founder and CEO of Icon Entertainment & Hospitality, addressing the packed crowd. "Come here and have the time of your life! We’re doing something here that nobody has ever done in Nashville," Miller declared. The celebrated entrepreneur, who has now opened 10 of Nashville's top venues, expressed his gratitude to the dedicated staff and invited his family on stage to share the moment.

Later in the evening, Mayor O'Connell commended Miller's contributions to Nashville’s vibrant culture. "Bill and his wife create incredible experiences, from the Johnny Cash Museum to House of Cards, Schulman’s, Nudie’s Honky Tonk, and now Show Pony!" he said. "Thanks for helping people celebrate what makes Music City great." State Representative Aftyn Behn and Council Member Jacob Kupin were also present to show their support.

Guests enjoyed an exclusive first look at Show Pony’s eclectic menu, sipping on signature cocktails such as the Bearded Lady—a gin and Aperol infusion—and the Black Velvet Lemonade, a refreshing mix of Jack Daniels, triple sec, lemon juice, and Sprite. The small bites were a hit, with standout items like giant corn dogs, sliders, and Mexican street corn. Miller’s larger-than-life food offerings certainly made a statement—particularly the oversized corn dogs and drumsticks that left other restaurants in the dust.

The event had a playful, competitive spirit, with guests racing on ‘horses,’ hula hooping, and more. Attendees also got a sneak peek at Nashville Cabaret’s burlesque performance, which will be a regular feature at Show Pony starting in March.

Show Pony is now open seven days a week, starting at 11:00 a.m. CT, and offers a fun-filled experience for all ages. The menu features carnival-inspired favorites like funnel cakes, jumbo pretzels, and, of course, corn dogs. The drink menu offers everything from classic cocktails to bold new creations, plus the best beer deal on Broadway: $5 domestic beers all day, every day.
