NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The heart of Americana beats loudest in Music City, and this year, it’s about to roar. The Americana Music Association has announced a dazzling lineup of performers and presenters for its 24th Annual Americana Honors & Awards, set to take place on September 10, 2025, at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium.
This annual celebration has become one of the most anticipated nights in roots music, honoring artists who embody the authentic storytelling and rich traditions that define Americana.
A Reunion Worth the Wait
The night promises history in the making with the return of John Fogerty, marking his first performance at the Americana Honors & Awards since receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award for Songwriting back in 2009.
Adding even more star power, Emmylou Harris, the 2002 Lifetime Achievement recipient and a cornerstone of Americana, will take the stage alongside Daniel Lanois, whose groundbreaking Wrecking Ball album celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and a recent induction into the Grammy Hall of Fame.
