Hot Apple Pie is an American country music band. It was founded in 2002 by the lead singer, Brady Seals, who used to be a member of the band called Little Texas. After leaving Little Texas, Brady Seals worked on a solo career in the late 1990s before creating Hot Apple Pie. Other members of Hot Apple Pie include Trey Landry (drums), Keith Horne (bass), and Kevin Ray (lead guitar). Former members of Hot Apple Pie include Matt "Sparky" Matejka, who left in 2006. Soon after he left, Kevin Ray was accepted into the band to replace him. Hot Apple Pie released its debut self-titled album, Hot Apple Pie, in 2005. The album includes their more popular songs "Hillbillies", "We're Makin' Up", and "Easy Does It". The album has thirteen songs in all.
