Report a Problem or Suspicious Activity
Learn what to do if you see a suspicious listing, message, payment request, account issue, or Marketplace order problem.
If something on OohYeah does not look right, stop the transaction and keep a record of the details. This may include a suspicious listing, message, payment request, account activity, or order issue.
For Order Issues
If you have a problem with an order, contact the seller first through OohYeah. Keep all messages, order details, photos, tracking information, receipts, and other documentation available.
If the issue cannot be resolved, contact OohYeah Support with the order information and a clear explanation of what happened.
For Suspicious Listings or Messages
Do not continue with a transaction that seems suspicious. Be cautious of requests to communicate or pay outside OohYeah, unusually urgent messages, payment screenshots, overpayment requests, or messages asking for personal information.
Contact OohYeah Support and include the profile name, listing or page link, screenshots, and any relevant messages or order details.
For Account or Payment Concerns
Never share your password, verification code, full payment details, or other sensitive information in a message. If you believe your PayPal account or a PayPal transaction has been compromised, report it directly through PayPal.
Visit PayPal’s unauthorized activity guide for current reporting instructions.
