This page explains how OohYeah users can request deletion of personal data connected to their OohYeah account, including data received through Facebook or Instagram login and social integrations.
Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your OohYeah account and, if applicable, the Facebook or Instagram account you connected.
After verifying your request, we delete or anonymize personal account data we are required or permitted to remove, including connected social access tokens and social profile metadata stored for OohYeah features.
If you connected Facebook or Instagram to OohYeah, you may request removal of the connected social account data we store. You can also remove OohYeah from your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites.
We aim to process verified data deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or dispute resolution obligations.
